Our missions focus for the month of March is Faith Comes by Hearing. Here are some staggering facts: Earth's population numbers in the billions, and it's growing every day. There are over 7,100 languages spoken all over the world. 70% of people alive today primarily learn through audible communication, and 50% cannot read at a functional level. How will they ever hear the Gospel? Faith Comes By Hearing has come alongside the worldwide translation community in a movement to finish the task - to ensure that everyone on earth has access to Jesus Christ’s Gospel in a format they can understand. God bless you as you give towards this worthy outreach ministry.
For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” Romans 10:13-15

Sri Lankan Youth Outreach invests in the whole life transformation of youth from Hindu backgrounds. This ministry meets weekly at local high schools in Scarborough, and uses sports as a vehicle to proclaim the Gospel.
